Dance Live! and The Guildhall Trust are committed to providing accessible and inclusive events for all schools and participants. This includes but is not limited to:

Schools can visit venues pre-event day for participants to get used to the venue and performance space.
Dance Live! provides videos of routes through venues (e.g. dressing rooms to stage, dressing rooms to toilets etc).
Dance movements are demonstrated in chairs by the Dance Live! Team for group warm ups for those who are wheelchair-based.
For participants and audience members who are D/deaf and Hard of Hearing, Dance Live! provides BSL Interpreters for events upon request. All Dance Live! venues have hearing loop systems available.
Workshops with facilitators with experience in working with additional needs.
For participants that need additional support, schools are allowed school staff and carers within their performance.
For schools and participants with access requirements, Dance Live! provides dressing rooms within a short distance and lift access (if required) to the stage along with access to accessible toilets. Dance Live! will notify schools of accessible dressing rooms and toilet locations on a per-venue basis.
Wheelchair spaces in venue auditoriums to watch rehearsals and performances.
Schools with access and medical requirements are allowed early entry to venues and dressing rooms to set up equipment.
